Outdoor system
DistoCAD is a package recommended for work carried out on the construction area. It can be used by many different trade branches: architects and contractors working on building renovations, experts searching for materials that are health hazards (asbestos, lead...), surveyors taking measurements of dwellings for notaries, professional sector designers, contractors and master craftsmen who need to show a materials statement and budget, even without a plan...

Components :
- Pocket (pocket computer) and a basic version of KutchCAD
- or a PC tablet and KutchCAD
- bluetooth laser measuring tool

Measurement and compilation of rooms
Measurement of a building’s interior proceeds from room to room. First, a basic hand drawing of the room must be made (manually) on the pocket computer or PC tablet, which we automatically render precise by using triangulation, moving from wall to wall. The building is assembled occurs by means of fitting adjacent rooms to each other using a shared element: opening or wall.

Compatibility
The DistoCAD package also includes the KutchCAD program, which makes it possible to have a materials statement and cost estimate prepared immediately for the building being measured. KutchCAD can be made compatible with virtually every budget preparation program on the market, making it exceptionally useful to anyone working in the construction industry.
DistoCAD projects can also be saved in standard DXF format, which makes is possible for the user to input the measurement drawing into any other CAD system.
