Telephone support for 3 years.
Telephone support accompanies software updates to answer questions and help resolve problems. Remote assistance may be offered where useful.

Loan of a dongle for your intern.
The loan lets your intern use the same software as other designers and exchange projects with them.

Insurance against loss or theft of your dongle.
The USB dongle contains the code required to use the software. If it is lost or stolen, the code is lost too. Under this insurance, EDICAD sends a replacement key free of charge.
