Update your activation code
The procedure depends on the type of protection key you use.
01 E-DONGLE
Virtual key
The code is sent to your software automatically.
No action is required.
02 USB DONGLE
Physical key
When the code expires, reactivate your key online.
Follow the four steps below.
Reactivate your USB dongle
A warning appears before expiry, followed by an error if the code has expired.
Before expiry
The number of days remaining is shown.
Code expired
Reactivate your key using the following steps.

Prepare your key
Close all EDICAD software and plug the key into a USB port.

Open EDICAD Dongle 6
In the Start menu, open:
All programs › EdiCAD
then click “EdiCAD Dongle 6”.

Find the serial number
It is on the left of the blue bar in the dongle window.

Retrieve the code
Click “Retrieve code via Internet” (“Récupérer le code par Internet” in the screenshot).
Once the code has been retrieved, close this window.
Your activation code is now up to date. You can reopen your software.
